Looking for fresh salmon in Dubai? Look no further! We ship direct from source which means no time spent sitting in a warehouse, no freezing, just the freshest seafood delivered direct to you. Straight from Sea to serving, your fresh Norwegian Salmon is captured at source, shipped with Emirates SkyCargo and delivered direct to your door. 

How does traceability work?

Because we ship direct from source we have full information on the seafood producer. This means we have access to full product information including health certificates, when your fish was captured and any treatment/feed details. With every order you will get an official traceability document that summarizes this information so you know exactly what you are putting on your plate - 100% traceability!

Do you supply sustainable seafood?

Yes! We are passionate about sustainable seafood, we actively select sustainable sources for our products; we only purchase from MsC Certified Sustainable Fisheries. We will do everything in our power to preserve and strengthen global fishing communities with minimal impact to the environment and aquatic ecosystem focusing on high quality products. 


What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We don't believe in minimum order quantities or charging based on the size of your order! There is no minimum order quantity.

Where is my order?

We appreciate your patience of not having a confirmed window when you place your order as this is our first customer trial shipment. Anything ordered will be shipped for next day delivery between the hours of 10:00 and 17:00, and we will be in touch on delivery day to let you know when we are on the way to you.

Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make any changes to your order please message us on Facebook or head to the Contact Us page with your order details and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.

How do I apply a promotional code to my order?

Promotional codes can be applied to orders on the Checkout page.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa/Mastercard Credit and Debit Cards for online payments.

How secure is the payment system?

Your data will be protected from any misuse or harm under our secure network. All payments on our checkout page are done through SSL connections to encrypt credit card numbers and customer account information.


How much is the delivery charge?

Our delivery charge is 5 AED

Where do you deliver to?

As this is our first B2C order we are only offering delivery services to certain areas in Dubai, these areas will be shown on the product pages. Please let us know if you would like us to service your area by sending us an email or facebook message so we can keep you updated on our expansion plans. 

When will my order be delivered?

Our typical delivery time is 3-4 days from order being placed, however we are new to the customer market and this will change going forward. 

What happens if nobody can sign for the delivery?

If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you to take receipt of goods. Failing this, we will retain your shipment and attempt re-delivery either later that same day or the next day.

How is the seafood packaged for delivery?

Your seafood has been packaged to keep it in prime condition and will arrive vacuum packed and temperature controlled for optimum freshness. The fish is surrounded with ice or chilled gel packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition and each box is labeled with use by dates. We also include temperature loggers from source which means we ensure your seafood is kept fresh throughout its journey to you.

Who is the delivery courier?

We deliver your seafood ourselves to ensure there is no violation of temperature control and other quality standards. All of our delivery vehicles are refrigerated and certified by Dubai Municipality and RTA.

What should I do if my order has not arrived by my allocated timeslot?

Please bear with us, there may be a valid reason for a delay in transit and we will try our best to communicate this to you proactively. We will endeavour to meet all delivery obligations on the promised day. 

There's a problem with my order

We're confident that you'll love the quality of our products and endeavour to exceed expectations, however if you experience a problem please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery to allow us to deal with your query. Please retain product and packaging if this is part of the problem.
